Stay on-site in The Lodge, a cozy and beautifully appointed private accommodation nestled within the retreat estate. Pricing is listed as Standard / Early Bird. (Those enrolled before December 31, 2025) Options & Pricing Room Type Price (Standard / Early Bird) Super King Room $5,850 / $5,250 Private Ensuite King Room people $5,800 / $5,200 Private Ensuite Shared common areas (living, dining, etc.) are shared with the other Lodge guest(s). Ideal for small groups, friends, or families attending the retreat together. *$500 non refundable deposit |
*A $500 non-refundable deposit will be used to reserve your place. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent a waiver to be signed and returned in order to confirm your spot. The remaining full tuition will be due February 28, 2026. You may sell, or give your spot to someone else in the event that you cannot come. All final payments may be made through Cash, Venmo, or Credit Card (2% fee added).
Guest REsponsibilities:
Airfare: Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their round-trip airfare to and from England.
Train Ticket: Guests must arrange and cover the cost of their train ticket from London to Evesham and back.
Travel Insurance: It is recommended for guests to obtain their own travel insurance for the duration of the retreat.
Plein Air Supplies: Guests should bring their own plein air painting supplies (e.g., panels, easels, paint, brushes, etc.). A detailed packing list will be provided prior to the retreat.
Personal Purchases: Any personal purchases made during the trip, such as meals, souvenirs, or additional activities, are the responsibility of the guest.
Shipping Costs: If guests wish to ship any goods or artwork back to their home country, they are responsible for the associated shipping costs.
Food and Drink: Guests are responsible for two meals while out on excursions in nearby villages.
