*A $500 non-refundable deposit will be used to reserve your place. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent a waiver to be signed and returned in order to confirm your spot. The remaining full tuition will be due February 28. 2026. You may sell, or give your spot to someone else in the event that you cannot come. All final payments may be made through Cash, Venmo, or Credit Card (2% fee added).

Guest REsponsibilities:

Airfare: Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their round-trip airfare to and from France.
Train Ticket: Guests must arrange and cover the cost of their train ticket from Paris to Saumur and back.
Travel Insurance: It is recommended for guests to obtain their own travel insurance for the duration of the retreat.
Plein Air Supplies: Guests should bring their own plein air painting supplies (e.g., panels, paint). A detailed packing list will be provided prior to the retreat.
Personal Purchases: Any personal purchases made during the trip, such as meals, souvenirs, or additional activities, are the responsibility of the guest.
Shipping Costs: If guests wish to ship any goods or artwork back to their home country, they are responsible for the associated shipping costs.

Please note:
The retreat is not suitable for participants with limited mobility; Multiple floors depending on where your room is at with lots of stairs .As the venue is located in the French countryside, expect some insects during your stay. 

Excursions will involve plenty of walking on uneven, cobbled streets.
